System brief description:

storemaster® Due to their special design features, cantilever racking systems require none required according to RAL-RG 614 Tensile strength floor anchoring and are therefore suitable for any type of flooring. When using foot beam bracing, ground anchoring - even against displacement - can be completely dispensed with.

The permissible deflection for upright columns and Cantilevers from l/200and the double safety against breakage not only fulfils the criteria for the annually prescribed shelf inspection, but also the BG insurance cover in the event of an accident on the shelf.
(BGR 234 - 4.1.2.3 Deflection - The maximum deflection of the load-bearing elements of storage equipment when the permissible working load is applied must not exceed 1/200 for metallic materials). Based on these formal structural specifications, the dimensioning of the load-bearing components (moulded steel) is calculated (system statics) by applying the case data of a project to the specific formulae of the system. Due to the statically indeterminate plug-in connection (form-fit/force-fit), it was necessary to empirically verify the load-bearing capacity (permissible load moment) of the component connection between the upright column and cantilever arm, whereby a complete type statics is created from the system statics, from which a copy can be developed for testing by third parties, if requested by the customer at cost. In this way of project-related, individualised structural calculations (drop statics), all safety-relevant aspects are fully covered.

The upright columns, which are welded (not bolted!) to the base beams, form a permanently securely fixed perpendicularity to each other. The clamp-free plug-in bolt connection of the cantilever arms to the upright column enables the shelf heights to be changed quickly and without tools in a plug-in grid of 75 mm using the form-force-lock principle. Indestructible solid steel edge protectors protect against damage caused by forklift truck impact.

The system is hot-dip galvanised by design and therefore permanently protected against corrosion, even for outdoor use.
