The storemaster® HandlingMaster sheet metal handling device has been specially developed for the storage of sheet metal in vertical or horizontal sheet metal storage systems and drawer systems. Thanks to its robust design, a load capacity of up to 750 kg and a tare weight of just 130 kg, it is ideal for moving, transporting or unloading heavy loads safely and efficiently. Regardless of whether large-format metal sheets, offcuts or perforated sheet metal parts are involved.

Thanks to six spring-mounted suction cups (Ø 320 mm) and adjustable suction plates, the gripping system can be flexibly adapted to different formats. This is particularly helpful when precisely removing sheets from narrow storage areas or drawers - a real advantage for sheet metal processing, where time and precise handling are crucial.

The integrated vacuum system makes handling independent of external compressed air, allowing the vacuum lifter to be used in different areas - both mobile and stationary. The system can be optionally upgraded with an electric crane control or an anti-adhesion device for separating adhering panels.

For the operator, this means: ergonomic working while standing, directly at the sheet store, without the inconvenience of lifting or moving heavy sheets. Our HandlingMaster sheet handling device can be used completely independently of the compressed air network. This is made possible by an integrated compressor system that works without external energy sources. This self-sufficient vacuum lifting technology creates new application possibilities, particularly in storage areas without a permanently installed infrastructure or when retrofitting existing system pallets and drawer systems.

Despite its high performance, the device weighs just 130 kg and offers enormous holding power, even with large-format or lightly oiled sheets. Even difficult sheets - such as those with existing cut-outs or irregular surfaces - can be gripped and stored securely.

Special attention is paid to ergonomic handling: the multifunctional control panel enables convenient control of all functions, while the operating handle is height-adjustable and can be angled. This enables the precise storage of sheets even from the bottom or top layer of a sheet metal store - efficiently and without back strain.

With the HandlingMaster, storemaster® offers a clever solution for separating thin sheets that stick together: the optional anti-adhesion device. This system briefly causes the device to vibrate at a defined frequency and amplitude. As a result, even tightly fitting sheets can be reliably detached - without manual assistance. This saves time and protects the material, especially when storing sensitive sheets. Thanks to the integrated technology, this also works with low weights and complex formats. The HandlingMaster offers numerous customisation options for the optimal storage of sheet metal. Depending on the area of application, the device can be configured either for drawer systems with a low overall height or for use on an overhead crane - including a selectable crane hook height. The suction discs can be locked individually and are adjustable in the X and Y directions, which means that even small-format or perforated sheets can be picked up safely. The operating handle is telescopic and can be angled in a grid of 22.5° - ideal for ergonomic working from any height.
