An internal visual inspection by the operating personnel can be carried out in addition, but does not replace the prescribed annual expert inspection.

1. Enquiry & inventory: The first step is to send us a brief description of the shelving system to be inspected, ideally with documents and photos for better preparation. This allows us to assess the structural conditions, the material and the complexity in advance.
2. Scheduling: We work with you to coordinate your desired shelf inspection date. Our trained specialist inspectors will work to your operating schedule to ensure that the inspection process can be smoothly integrated into ongoing operations.
3. On-site inspection: Your racking systems are inspected on the agreed date by certified racking inspectors in accordance with DIN EN 15635 and DGUV regulations. 4. Inspection report & sticker: Once the inspection has been completed, you will receive a detailed report with photo documentation, classification of defects and specific recommendations for action. If you pass the test, we will visibly display our storemaster® inspection sticker - as a sign of your lived safety.
5. If required: If defects are identified, we will be happy to support you with the planning and production of suitable shelving systems - precisely tailored to your storage requirements and the conditions on site.
