Our VacuHandy is the ideal sheet metal parts handling device when it comes to the efficient storage of all kinds of sheet metal. Thanks to its powerful vacuum generator and intelligent gripping technology, the VacuHandy is particularly suitable for flat and slightly textured surfaces, but also holds rough, porous and even textured sheets such as chequer plate without any problems. Even slightly oil-smeared or dirty sheets can be moved and transported safely and reliably.

With a suction plate made of special chloroprene and innovative suction density technology, the device offers a high holding force - perfect for a wide range of applications in the steel industry. The integrated LCD display provides real-time information on pressure and weight, making handling even easier and safer. 

The VacuHandy is a real one-man device: it is lightweight (only 1.5 kg net weight) and yet strong enough to hold loads of up to 120 kg. This means that even heavy or large-format metal sheets can be moved ergonomically and safely in just a few simple steps. For particularly long transport distances or bulky formats, we recommend using them in pairs, similar to vacuum lifting devices for stone slabs or lightweight stone slabs.

Our replaceable seal minimises downtime - it is easy to insert and protects sensitive edges. Operation is electric and virtually noiseless thanks to automatic pressure regulation. The VacuHandy is therefore not only suitable for sheet metal, but also as a flexible manual vacuum laying device in industrial environments - a perfect addition to classic lifting devices or even as a mobile alternative to a stationary robot. Whether for laying, storing or transferring - the VacuHandy enables safe, fast and clean work on almost all airtight surfaces from a few mm thick.

The storemaster® VacuHandy impresses with innovative safety technology for the storage of sheet metal and sheet metal blanks. Our concept for handling systems is based on maximum reliability: an integrated vacuum switch permanently monitors the vacuum. As soon as the pressure falls below the safe range, the pump is automatically activated to restore the necessary holding force. This ensures maximum flexibility and safety in daily use.

As a powerful vacuum lifting device, the VacuHandy offers all the features that modern hand-held suction devices require: Efficiency, stability and easy handling. Thanks to the vacuum lifting technology used and the robust design, the sheet material is reliably secured and the risk of slipping is minimised. A consistently secure hold is particularly important when storing heavy or large-format sheets.

The VacuHandy sets new standards in the storage of sheet metal parts. In contrast to conventional grippers or simple manual suction devices, our vacuum lifter works with intelligent, automatic pressure regulation. As soon as the required vacuum is reached, the integrated vacuum pump switches off - saving energy and minimising motor noise at the same time.

In the event of a pressure drop, the pump reactivates itself automatically so that a constant suction density is maintained at all times. This function not only provides additional safety when handling heavy trays, but also increases efficiency during storage. Long transport routes and frequent manual changes are no longer a problem.

Thanks to automatic pressure monitoring, the VacuHandy is particularly durable and reliable - perfect for industrial applications where safety and efficiency are equally important.

The VacuHandy is ideally designed for flexible use in multi-shift operation - especially when storing sheet metal. With an operating time of around 1.5 hours per battery charge and a charging time of around 2 hours, our sheet metal parts handling device provides a solid basis for continuous work processes.

For smooth operation over several shifts, we recommend at least two additional spare batteries. This means that one battery can be used during operation, a second charged and a third kept in reserve. This alternation guarantees maximum availability without long interruptions in the storage area or along the transport route.
