Our shelving systems enable electrically extendable storage of sheet metal packages and heavy sheets with a standard load capacity of up to 10 tonnes per drawer. Depending on the design, the drawers can reach a length of up to 16 metres, allowing even extremely large sheet formats to be stored. For larger formats, solutions with drawers measuring up to 16 × 4 m (lengthwise extension) are available, which enable a load capacity of up to 20 tonnes with lengthwise extension.

Depending on the configuration, the mobile drawers move in a transverse or longitudinal direction and offer maximum flexibility when positioning the stored goods. The systems are assembled ready for operation, including control panel and control box, which are already compactly integrated into the storage tower - no additional equipment is required.

Easy loading and safe handling are guaranteed at all times thanks to the ergonomic control via a dead man's pushbutton. Even in the event of a power failure, a spontaneous switch to manual operation is possible, ensuring a smooth transition to emergency operation. The drawers with electric drive from storemaster® are moved by a robust electric drive that supports the extension and retraction of the levels - especially with high load capacities and large components such as sheet metal. They are conveniently controlled via a control panel with a dead man's pushbutton, which ensures safe handling.

All electrical components such as the control panel and control box are integrated into the shelving system at the factory and are delivered ready for operation. This means that the systems can be put into operation without any complex additional work. The pull-out direction depends on the dimensions of the drawers: Transverse pull-out up to 10 tonnes with a maximum of 6 × 2 m and longitudinal pull-out for up to 20 tonnes up to a drawer size of 16 × 4 m.

The storage technology implementation of these systems enables a particularly ergonomic and safe solution for sheet metal storage. In the event of a malfunction or power failure, a spontaneous switch to manual operation is possible at any time - this ensures reliable utilisation even under demanding conditions.
