This peripheral component is used for drawer loading with depalletised packs of sheet metal using a belt, forklift or crane. In particular to prevent diagonal pull in the longitudinal direction, especially in the thin sheet metal area (sagging of the sheet metal packs). Includes 2 adjustable and one fixed safety double load hook in the centre, as well as forklift entry shoes adjustable to the fork spacing. TÜV acceptance test certificate and GS-tested load belts, as well as beam support profiles to prevent package deflection at depth with edge protection angles for damage-free transport.

In order to ensure the stability of cantilever racks of the usual design, a tension-resistant floor anchorage must be provided. This requires a suitable floor condition, which is very often not given accordingly.

This circumstance storemaster® by constructive measures that ensure safety against tipping even without any floor fixings.

However, the shelving should still be secured against displacement by forklift truck impacts using, for example, simple drive-in anchors. If the condition of the installation surface does not allow this to be done satisfactorily either, then storemaster®-The new bracing elements in the floor area minimise deflection and deformation of the shelving components caused by forklift impacts.

Only in outdoor areas with roof and wall must the installation be carried out on concrete slabs or appropriate foundations in accordance with the building regulations, as here a tension-resistant ground anchorage is mandatory due to the wind and snow loads that occur.
