MultiSort long goods cassettes

The Long goods system cassettes are preferably used in ArmStrong cantilever shelving stored. If no sideloader is available, the cassettes can also simply be lifted out of the rack using a simple front loader and set down on the floor in front of the rack; they are then transported onwards for processing using an overhead crane. Without the use of an overhead crane, the cassettes are placed on the FlexiboloLG Long goods wagon and then moved manually to the point of use. This avoids the wide aisles that are usually required for transporting long goods by front loader.

Different cassette lengths can be stacked 6 high. A stop chain set can be ordered for crane transport. The cassette utilisation depth can be subdivided by means of 50:50 mm pins (on site) to provide a clear overview of the types. The usable height of the cassettes is arbitrary, determined by the choice of pin length. The long goods cassettes are hot-dip galvanised in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461 and are therefore corrosion-resistant, even when used outdoors. The distance between the forklift shoes can be freely selected, 1/3 of the load length is recommended.
