The modular extension for the basic block TwenTower The following individual components make up the MasterTower TT together:

OverheadTop | in any height for use as additional storage levels for wooden pallets, cassette flats, euroFlats, etc.
TowerCrane | Column-mounted slewing crane integrated in the system. Optionally mountable at all 4 corner points of the system. The maximum operating radius is up to 7 m with a hook load of up to 1,000 kg.
HandlingMaster | Vacuum-Sheet metal manipulator comfort version up to 750 kg sheet weight, Low overall height 350 mm for operating a max. number of drawers, special ergonomic design with special handling functions for special ergonomic use on systems with integrated crane technology. Electric pull-outs at a glance

All Drawer rack systems from 2.5 t to 10 t drawer load can be equipped with electric pull-out drives.

The extension and retraction of the individual drawer levels is controlled via a control panel with dead man's push-button. The control panel and switch box are compactly integrated into the standard single- or double-sided storage tower delivered ready for operation.

Drawers up to 6 x 2 m and loads up to 10 t (standard) are pulled out in transverse direction
Drawers up to 16 x 4 m and loads up to 20 t are pulled out in longitudinal direction

In the event of a malfunction or power failure, it is possible to switch spontaneously to manual operation.

One-man sheet handling compact station without external crane or forklift traffic. Multi-task drawer system for permanent or temporary loading of sheet metal packages in drawers, on wooden pallet, euroFLAT®- or superflat-system range can be combined as desired.
