Flexibolo\u00ae LG<\/span> \u2013 the manoeuvrable heavy-duty long-load trolley for internal transport<\/h2>\n

The Flexibolo\u00ae LG<\/strong> is a versatile long-load trolley designed for the safe in-house transport of pipes, sections, bar stock, bundles of material, rolls, square timber, crates and other long loads. Depending on the model chosen, the long-load trolley is suitable for materials up to 12 metres in length.<\/p>\n

The combination of a central axle and four swivel castors ensures excellent manoeuvrability, even in confined spaces. The Flexibolo\u00ae LG can turn on the spot and be manoeuvred with precision between storage areas, machinery, workstations and dispatch areas.<\/p>\n

    Agile chassis for confined working areas<\/h2>\n

    The central-axle design is complemented by four swivel castors. This allows the long-load trolley to be manoeuvred in tight spaces and positioned with precision. The integrated foot brakes ensure the trolley remains stable when parked, as well as during loading and unloading.<\/p>\n

    There are push handles on both ends, so the trolley can be moved from either side, depending on the direction of travel and the available space.<\/p>\n

    Sliding handles and\u63d2-in rungs can be removed completely<\/h2>\n

    The front sliding handles can not only be repositioned, but also removed completely from their mountings if required. The same applies to the side\u63d2\u9500.<\/p>\n

    This helps to avoid any obstructive contours when loading, unloading or positioning the trolley. The open design also allows flexible access to the goods being transported and makes it easier to adapt to different material dimensions.<\/p>\n

    Once loading is complete, the required slats can be put back in place to secure the long items at the sides.<\/p>\n

    Standard up to 3,000 kg \u2013 higher payloads available on request<\/h2>\n

    In its standard version, the Flexibolo\u00ae LG has a maximum payload of 3,000 kg. For particularly heavy materials, the heavy-duty long-load trolley can also be designed to handle higher payloads on request.<\/p>\n

      Plug-in struts that can be flexibly adjusted<\/h2>\n

      In its standard version, the Flexibolo\u00ae LG is fitted with eight side-mounted retaining stanchions. The 500 mm high stanchions secure the load along its long sides and can be fitted or removed individually, depending on the load.<\/p>\n

      The number of\u63d2\u6761 can be increased on request. Additional\u63d2\u6761 allow for a tighter spacing and may be useful where materials vary in length, for smaller bundles, or where there are specific requirements regarding lateral confinement.<\/p>\n

      The exact number and positioning are determined according to the goods to be transported.<\/p>\n

      Loading by forklift truck or crane<\/h2>\n

      In the standard version, four depth rails firmly attached to the trolley create a defined clearance beneath the material. This allows pipes, sections and bundles of material to be picked up by a forklift truck or crane and placed onto the long-load trolley.<\/p>\n

      The deep cross-bars also serve as support points for the goods being transported. In the case of goods with unusual dimensions, heavier loads or a different load distribution, the number of deep cross-bars can be increased on request.<\/p>\n

        In addition to the standard configurable models, the Flexibolo\u00ae LG can be customised on request. This allows the trolley to be tailored to specific goods, work processes or spatial conditions.<\/p>\n

          Optional with drawbar<\/h2>\n

          The Flexibolo\u00ae LG can optionally be fitted with double coupling eyes for attaching a drawbar. The corresponding mountings can be fitted on both ends.<\/p>\n

          This drawbar design is particularly suitable for longer in-house transport routes or for applications where the trolley is not to be pushed exclusively by hand.<\/p>\n

          The permissible operating conditions, train speeds and possible carriage combinations depend on the specific design and must be specified accordingly.<\/p>\n

          Loading of long-item stacking cassettes<\/h2>\n

          To accommodate suitable stacking cassettes for long items, the trolley can be fitted with additional stacking stanchions as an option.<\/p>\n

          This allows long items to be stored in a cassette, set down on the Flexibolo\u00ae LG using a forklift or crane, and then moved around the premises without the need for continuous use of a forklift.<\/p>\n

          This combination can be particularly useful when integrating warehousing, order picking and material preparation.<\/p>\n

          Hot-dip galvanised steel structure<\/h2>\n

          The steel structure of the Flexibolo\u00ae LG is hot-dip galvanised in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461. The hot-dip galvanisation provides durable protection against corrosion and allows the product to be used both indoors and in suitable outdoor areas on site.<\/p>\n

          The galvanised surface is particularly suitable for work areas where moisture, abrasion or changing environmental conditions are to be expected.<\/p>\n
