In order to be able to dispense with the diagonal bracing required for 6-disc stability on the pull-out sides (single and double-sided), the uprights are designed as a professionally welded steel construction frame. A gradual skewing with serious loss of functionality, as with portal construction methods, is thus permanently excluded. At the same time, the foot beam construction used (storemaster® feature) ensures optimum load distribution on the floor. The runners made of dimensionally stable, hot-rolled solid steel profiles (no sheet metal profiles) are welded firmly into the uprights (not loosely bolted) and guarantee a permanently low-friction, convenient pull-out. A self-locking drawer safety catch in accordance with UVV guidelines is the only guarantee for absolute operational safety without manual intervention in accordance with UVV for systems with swivelling drawer runners, including a step-free transition at the rail joint. With low shelf loads, the rest positions are fitted with automatic locking mechanisms to prevent unintentional movement during operation. Servo devices are used to reduce the pull-out force for high shelf loads. The storemaster® pull-out technology allows operation on sloping and/or uneven installation surfaces with a gradient without a base plate and without the swing-out rollers (doors) coming into contact with the floor. The system is also prepared for a later overhead top attachment for any number of forklift levels without any structural conversion! The storemaster® - smooth-running rolling comfort: Each pull-out level runs on 8 ball bearings on chromated solid steel flanged wheels with double, tilt-free axle bearings on abrasion-resistant, hot-dip galvanised running rails without dirt pockets. Special heavy-duty, heavy-duty precision block hinges with permanent lubrication ensure a step-free rail transition into the pull-out area with swivelling pull-out roller cheeks - permanently and maintenance-free.
