The original from 2000 – an investment for generations – featuring self-supporting pull-out rail walls (storemaster® innovation from 2024).
Sheet metal storage drawer system with swivelling pull-out roller side panels, opt. lockable, high-load-bearing, permanently lubricated block hinges permanently secure the swivelling panels in their height position; a permanently step-free rail transition between block and swivel rails, as they are welded – not bolted – and feature storemaster® – mitre joint! Occupational safety in accordance with internationally recognised standards; system supplied ready for operation as a pre-assembled unit – optional electrified pull-outs. The storemaster® – operational reliability for swivelling extension roller side panels:
The roller flange guides on the running surfaces of the rails reliably secure the drawers against falling when subjected to additional lateral forces, automatically locking them in place without the need for additional measures that do not comply with BG regulations (storemaster® innovation from 2015). Strong magnets automatically secure the swivelled-out pull-out roller panels in their 90° position, without the need for mechanical or manual locking mechanisms that do not comply with health and safety regulations.
The storemaster® – smooth running:
Each pull-out is mounted on 8 special low-friction ball bearings, running on chromated solid-steel flanged wheels (no lightweight sheet-metal-cased rollers or ball bearingsas wheels) with double axle bearings, running safely and without jamming on hot-dip galvanised (10 times more abrasion-resistant than painted surfaces), smooth running rails without dirt pockets, as there are no raised or recessed edges. Perfect fall protection with automatic function in accordance with UVV for the swivelling version. Special heavy-duty precision block hinges with permanent lubrication ensure, in the case of swivelling pull-out roller side panels, a permanently step-free transition from the rail into the pull-out area – durable and maintenance-free.
Occupational safety and accident prevention (health and safety) in accordance with internationally applicable standards:
storemaster® meets the following UVV occupational safety requirements, which cannot be rectified by subsequent modifications and without which commissioning the product would permanently jeopardise BG insurance cover: Elimination of human error through the prevention of the failure to operate safety devices.
MasterTower® Unique Selling Points

TwenTower® extension to the MasterTower® using structurally secured professional steel construction with an integrated crane column without auxiliary supports – crane approval by an expert in accordance with DGUV Rule
108-007 and DIN EN 15635 – crane connection can be offset on either side.
Convenient batch storage instead of sheet-by-sheet handling using the patented PalEx depalletiser, thanks to the storemaster® drawer-depth-web-frame construction (invented in 1995) with slip-proof sheet metal package embedding.
MasterTower® heavy-duty drawer systems are suitable for all storage and shelving variants => optional switch from storage without wooden pallets to storage including wooden pallets and vice versa.
Safety devices are automatically activated during operation of the system in accordance with UVV regulations and are therefore not subject to arbitrary manual operation, i.e. operation that could be overlooked.
Automatic locking of the swivelled roller rail panels at a precise 90° angle (adjustable) via strong magnetic adhesion – this release automatically when the panels are swivelled back in, without the need for locking pins etc.
The storemaster® pull-out technology allows installation and operation on any type of floor surface, as well as on warped and/or uneven surfaces with a gradient, without the need for a foundation slab. The swing-out pull-out rail panels (doors) do not come into contact with the floor; heated floors and those with sensitive coatings remain undamaged.
100%-type UVV drawer fall protection via a patented automatic flange-groove forced-guidance system (DBGM) without the need for arbitrary (and potentially overlooked) mechanical operation by the operator.
Automatic, self-releasing locking mechanisms secure the resting and working positions against unintentional movement of the drawers without the need for manual operation of mechanical locks.
Runners without dirt pockets, made from dimensionally stable solid steel (no folded sheet metal), abrasion-resistant and hot-dip galvanised, running surfaces ground, welded to the frame (not bolted) to ensure a permanently step-free transition between the fixed and swivel rail sections via a mitred joint.
The patented shaped-steel upright framework in a torsion-resistant L-shaped upright frame construction (DBGM) – not a portal! – with welded foot beam load distributors (storemaster® trademark) alone ensures the long-term verticality of the support structure columns, guaranteeing the unlimited, unrestricted functionality of the system without diagonal cross-bracing, which is what enables the structural stability verification for both single-sided and double-sided designs without cross-bracing.
High-load-bearing, permanently lubricated heavy-duty block hinges for permanent fixation of the swing-out panels at their height position.
