Coil storage for special, forklift-compatible coil pallets with patented coil belts for the surface-friendly storage of coils weighing up to 10 tonnes. The flexible, age-resistant and permanently wear-resistant coil belts permanently adapt to changing coil diameters without point or line loading. Standard: 3 coil storage locations per tower (special requests possible). Standard load capacity 5 tonnes / storage location.

CoilStore® mobile belt storage system
Coil belt storage on coil pallets means that the advantages of belt storage can also be utilised without a forklift mandrel using standard forklift forks.
Coil storage on special coil insertion pallets for transport by forklift fork. The coils themselves rest on special surface-friendly, high-load-bearing, age-resistant and permanently wear-resistant coil belts, which can be flexibly adapted to any coil diameter without pressure.
An innovative solution for your coil storage. Make optimum use of the height of your production hall or warehouse without compromising on work safety or user-friendly material handling. The patented load support offers you advantages in the daily handling of your stored goods. Each coil is stored on two heavy-duty support belts to protect the surface. This creates an optimum surface load and avoids pressure points. Thanks to the flexibility of the belts, the coil is stored in a form-fitting manner for every diameter. The welded upright-foot beam construction ensures optimum load distribution on the floor. As a result, bay loads of up to 150 tonnes can be achieved. Thanks to the open rack fronts, your stored goods are accessible from both sides.
