# CoilStore® horizontal

Cassette racking for slit strips with special load carriers to ensure safe forklift transport of the slit strip stacks. The storage towers offer a particularly high storage density thanks to the storemaster® slide-in patent. Shelf heights can be flexibly selected to suit requirements. The angle-on-angle forced guidance system enables collision-free loading and unloading of the insert cassettes. During transport, the horizontally stacked slit strip coils are secured against shifting. Shelf loads of up to 10 t are achievable. The upright framework, manufactured from solid shaped steel in accordance with structural requirements, is designed to withstand the rigours of forklift operation and is permanently resistant to impact, abrasion and wear, partly due to hot-dip galvanising in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461. The high flexibility of the patented push-in racking system for slit strips lies in its adjustable bay height grid of 250/300 mm, which allows for optimal adaptation to stacking heights that are constantly changing due to ongoing removal of stock. The standard load capacity per shelf bay is 5 t.
