From product selection to immediate online ordering
If you already know exactly which new sheet metal storage tower or which section storage rack you need for your warehouse, you can select your system product in just a few clicks. This starts with the sheet metal drawer storage system, for example, by simply selecting the storage type. You then select the sheet metal format, the desired number of drawers, the drawer load and the pull-out direction. The appropriate accessories can then be added. If there is no suitable option for the products in question, you as a customer are welcome to contact support directly to have a bespoke storage solution put together for you. Once the appropriate storage system has been configured, the buyer can add their chosen storage equipment to the basket and complete their order immediately. For domestic customers, there are generally no delivery charges; payment is made after dispatch and invoicing; for international orders, delivery is ex works and 100% prepayment is required upon receipt of the order confirmation.
The next step: delivery to the customer
Depending on the system, delivery is made either as a ready-to-use, pre-assembled unit or in disassembled form, and can then be easily set up or assembled on site following the detailed instructions provided. Should you require our assistance with assembly, this can of course be arranged in advance. Delivery is always on account. Delivery within mainland Germany is free of charge. Delivery times for racks for sheet metal and other goods vary and can be viewed by the buyer on the respective product pages.
Shipping and delivery of the goods take place immediately following a timely notified dispatch readiness date; for non-European orders, this is by immediate collection by the customer.
