# Payment and Volume Discount

Volume discount storemaster GmbH & Co.KG attaches great importance to fair business practices. For this reason, we always grant all our online customers consistent volume discounts based on the following discount curve for orders with a value of €5,000 or more. The volume discount is automatically deducted during the ordering process and clearly displayed. Special offers and promotional prices are excluded from the volume discount.



The volume discount is calculated using the following exponential diagram:




General Terms of Payment Within Germany: We generally supply on account. All prices quoted are exclusive of the applicable statutory VAT. Payments from within Germany must be made in full, without deduction, within 7 days of the notified date of readiness for collection. Installation costs are payable in full within 5 days of completion of installation. Any guarantee commission incurred shall be borne by the customer. In the event of late payment, financing and storage costs shall be charged in accordance with Section 452 of the German Civil Code (BGB) at 15 % p.a. each, from the first day of default, plus €25.00 in administration costs per reminder.



Outside Germany: We generally supply on account. Payments for orders from abroad or for deliveries abroad, and those for custom-made products, are to be made at 100 % of the value of the goods within 5 days of receipt of the order confirmation, strictly net cash without deduction. Payments from abroad must be made to us free of bank charges. Any subsequent claims for bank charges and unauthorised deductions (discounts, etc.) will be subject to a processing fee of €25.00 in each case. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made, which includes extended retention of title. We reserve the right to apply stricter payment terms.
