# Drop and Push

The unique Drop and Push patent for tower bearings



storemaster® has the patented Drop and Push system. With this storage system innovation, cassettes for sheets and other flat goods can be pushed into tower storage systems without any problems. This means that sensitive sheets can be safely stored and removed from high racks or tower storage systems.



High-bay warehouses save space as they make optimum use of the available storage space „at height“. With our patented infeed and outfeed, they ensure greater efficiency and a faster, more reliable and safer material flow.



What is behind our patent?



In a tower storage system with the patented Drop and Push system, sheet metal packages or cassettes can be inserted into the rack much more easily, conveniently and safely using a forklift truck. This saves time when handling the stored goods. The flat goods warehouse works more efficiently. The system „assists“ the forklift drivers and warehouse staff. An angle-on-angle guide helps to conveniently store the system cassettes.



Description:




Protruding rails allow the cassettes to be placed outside the shelf - this is what is meant by „drop“.



Outside the rack, the trays can be removed from the cassette as required.



By storing the trays in packs, they are kept particularly well protected.



„Push“ stands for the subsequent safe insertion. The superFLAT classic, superFLAT plus, masterFLAT or autoFLAT cassettes are inserted between the support brackets, which are extended to the front, in a contact-free and spacious manner.

Storemaster® offers the system in the ShuttleTower® , the cassette tower storage system for manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic feeding of sheets. The ShuttleTower® can be equipped with superFLAT classic, superFLAT plus, masterFLAT and autoFLAT cassettes as load carriers.



Other products in which Patent Drop and Push is used are the TwenTower® and the ShuttleMaster®, both in the OverheadTop with system cassettes as an extension. The TwenTower® is one of storemaster's® „classics“: a heavy-duty drawer rack with pull-out rollers that can be swung in. Ideal for wood-free sheet metal packages. The ShuttleMaster® is the „little brother“ of the ShuttleTower®: the compact shelving unit for manual one-man storage and retrieval of sheet metal cassettes without cranes or forklift trucks.
