# Entrepreneurial activity

The fact that entrepreneurial activity is not limited to initiatives, a wealth of ideas, forward-looking action, a calculated willingness to take risks, monetary effects and not infrequently a high level of personal commitment is generally known from the many ways in which responsible entrepreneurs fulfil their social duties and social commitment, which in return for the privileges granted to them justifies their reputation. Less in focus than the pecuniary benefits usually associated with this are human, empathetic contributions to those for whom monetary support alone is not the solution to their disadvantaged, often precarious situation.
Examples of suitable measures that can be applied to each individual in need include instruments such as >non-violent communication< (Marshall B. Rosenberg), >Client-centred conversation< (Carl Rogers) und mediative Methoden genannt, die sich in der Zuwendung dem Einzelnen gegenüber zeigen, was der Stabilisierung einer gesunden Gesellschaft zugute kommt.
Was damit konkret gemeint ist, versucht die nachfolgende in Metaphern poetisch gefasste Form verständnisvollen Eingehens auf persönliche Bedürfnisse >more misunderstood< To clarify fellow human beings.
