				It is well known that entrepreneurial activity is not limited solely to initiatives, ingenuity, forward-thinking, calculated risk-taking, financial returns and, not infrequently, a high level of personal commitment, is widely recognised through the diverse ways in which responsible entrepreneurs fulfil their social duties and engage in community work; this, in return for the privileges they enjoy, underpins their reputation. Less in the spotlight than the financial contributions usually associated with this are acts of compassion and empathy towards those for whom financial support alone is not the solution to their disadvantaged, often precarious situation.
As examples of measures designed to support each individual in need, we might mention here instruments such as &gt;Non-Violent Communication< (Marshall B. Rosenberg), >Client-centred conversation< (Carl Rogers) und mediative Methoden genannt, die sich in der Zuwendung dem Einzelnen gegenüber zeigen, was der Stabilisierung einer gesunden Gesellschaft zugute kommt.
